REPLACING AN EXISTING UNIT
1.	What is the brand you are trying to replace?

3.	What type of plug do you have available:
4.	What type of air conditioner is it (double-hung window, slider or casement window, through-the-wall)?
5.	What are your available measurements?  (Measure the height and width of the outside of the sleeve, or the total window opening)
6.	What is the BTU?

NEW INSTALLATION

It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase all products necessary for hookup and installation of products. You must purchase them at time of order, or product will not be installed. If additional work needs to be done prior to installation (i.e. cabinet variations, adjustments, cuts, cleaning), this must be performed prior to installation, or installation or hookup will not be made. Customer will still be responsible for payment of such installation or hookup.
