After order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with total delivery cost prior to shipment.  It is the responsibility of the customer to contact AA Feder's Distributors if a mistake is made.

All products will ship within two(2) business days after order is made, if product is good-in-stock.  Customer will be notified if there is any problem or question.  If a question remains unanswered by customer, shipment could be held up until we receive an answer.

1. Orders may be canceled within twenty-four(24) hours of placing the order if not already shipped. Any order cancelled after twenty-four(24) hours, will be a subject to a twenty-five(25%) percent restocking fee. To cancel the order, please call us at 818-769-8000.

In case cancellation is requested after merchandise was already shipped and it is still in transit, customer must pay all applicable fees and freight charges, and merchandise must be returned back to AA Feder's Distributors in it's original condition at customer's expense.

2. If the product received is damaged, customer must notify AA Feder's Distributors within three(3) days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange of damaged product. If damage is noticed to box prior to accepting order, DO NOT ACCEPT shipment.  The damaged product will be replaced and all associated shipping charges (if any) with damaged products will be paid by AA Feder's Distributors.

3. Returns or Exchanges can be made within seven(7) days of receiving the product. Returned or Exchanged product may be a subject to a twenty-five(25%) percent restocking fee. All returned products must be in original condition.  Special-Order items can not be returned.

Prior to returning product, customers must email or call AA Feder's Distributors for Return Authorization number. Any return without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
